Who Is Dr. Parr?
Dr. Vincent E. Parr is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 45 years of experience in therapy, consulting, and teaching. With a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and advanced training from the Institute for Advanced Study in Rational Psychotherapy, he has worked with the U.S. Air Force, Bic Pen, Outback Steakhouse, Hyatt Hotels, and the St. Petersburg Police Department.
As a former University of Tampa professor, Dr. Parr has taught everything from Clinical Psychology to Human Behavior. He specializes in individual therapy, corporate mediation, and dynamic speaking engagements that inspire transformation.

Is this a replacement for counseling or therapy?
While this is not a replacement for in-person counseling or therapy, we have had a lot of clients get significant results by taking the course alone.

Are the formulas hard to learn? I don’t like math.
These formulas are not math! They are as easy as learning your ABC’s. Not only is it not hard to learn these formulas, it’s much harder to try living your life without these formulas. We’ve had 10-year-old’s learn these formulas!

How long does it take to feel better using this course?
When you go to the formulas, and do the steps, you can feel better from any negative emotion in moments. Long term change requires consistently using the formulas to dispute your negative emotions every time they come up. It’s a practice and a new way of thinking, it’s not a quick fix.
We can teach you the steps, and doing the steps is up to you. We are like a fitness instructor, we can show you the moves, but you have to show up to work out day in and day out over time.
Only you can retrain your brain. You may get better quickly, slowly, stay the same, or get worse.
